Faith leads Ascend Asia Asset Management, shaping the firm’s strategic direction and the development of client-aligned investment solutions. With over two decades of experience across Singapore and Hong Kong, she has worked closely with financial institutions to deliver wealth management solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients in Asia, building a deep understanding of the complexities involved in preserving and growing wealth across generations.

 

Her experience has consistently highlighted a gap between traditional product-driven offerings and what investors truly need. These are solutions aligned with long-term objectives rather than short-term performance. At AAAM, Faith brings this perspective to the forefront and drives the firm’s vision of an integrated wealth ecosystem that bridges financial advisory and institutional asset management.

 

Beyond her leadership role, Faith contributes actively to the industry. She is a lecturer with the Wealth Management Institute and previously served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from East China Normal University.
